Hello, everyone, this is Deb aka lemonwerewolf! Welcome to my online store, Lemon Boba!  Feel free to take a look!  I'll be happy to answer any questions, and I hope you enjoy your visit to my store!

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are items that are still in production of time of purchse by a customer.  Because they are still being produced, pre-order items generally take long periods of time, from several weeks to months, to produce.  Each pre-order item has a schedule on the listing itself that you can check for dates.  Dates are subject to change due to COVID, unforeseen circumstances, or the manufacturer getting a busy workload.  I will notify customers by email if there are any delays in production.

If a customer orders a pre-order item with other items that are not pre-order items, the items are shipped together with the pre-order item.  If you would like to ship the non-pre-order items separately from the pre-order item, then please order them in separate orders.  If you order the non-pre-order items in the same order as the pre-order items and would like them shipped separately, please put a note in the buyer's note with instructions to do so, as well as emailing me with instructions to do so.  Please note that shipping costs might increase if I need to ship out non-pre-orders items from pre-order items, and there is a possibility I will have to charge extra from what the buyer paid due to USPS's shipping prices.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

If you wish to return, exchange, or get a refund for your purchase, please email me at [email protected]

For exchanges or refunds, you have 30 days from the time you receive your item to ask for an exchange or refund.

 

LOST PACKAGES

For any package that has been lost by the mail carrier, feel free to message me on here or by my email listed above, and I can either send you a new item (based on availability of stock) or give you a refund.  For all orders, it will take anywhere from 1-3 days to be shipped out, and for domestic orders (USA), packages can take anywhere from 2-14 days to arrive.  If you live in the USA, and haven't received your item after 14 days of it being shipped, please feel free to contact me.  If you live outside the USA and haven't received your package in over 3 weeks, feel free to contact me.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

For any items that are damaged or have minor defects, feel free to contact me here or email, and I can refund you or exchange you a new item (based on availability of stock).

If you receive a keychain that has scratches, bubbles, a cloudy/muddled look, this is because all keychains come with a protective film on one or both sides of the keychain.  If you remove the film and find there are still scratches or other damages, please contact me, and I can refund or exchange your item.

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Feel free to always contact me if you have questions or want to know when/if an item will be restocked.

 

ORDER CANCELLLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact me before an item as been shipped out. If your order has been shipped out, I unfortunately cannot cancel it, as the order will be in transit. However, after you receive the package, you may contact me to return it, and I can give a refund after I have received the returned order.

 

CUSTOMS FEES & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, customs fees are out of my control and are up to each postal service in each country, and is the buyer's responsiblity to pay any customs fee. I apologize for the inconvenience.

-UNITED KINGDOM SHIPPING: Unfortunately, as of 2021, I will not be shipping to the United Kingdom due to VAT's increased fees. I really apologize for this and sincerely thank the people from the Uk who have supported me in the past. Hopefully, one day, I might be able to ship to the UK again.

-GERMANY SHIPPING:
Unfortunately, as of 2022, I will not be shipping to Germany due to the new LUCID laws.  I apologize again for having to end shipping to this country and thank all who have ordered from my shop from Germany.  If the shipping laws ever change, I will restore shipping to Germany.

When filling out a customs form, I cannot mark the package as a "Gift." I have to legally mark it as "Merchandise."

If you do not see your country (other than anything found in the UK and Germany) that is not listed in the International shipping options, please contact me by email, and I will add your country.

 

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped through USPS and come with USPS tracking numbers.

Orders take 1-5 business days to start shipping out and 2-7 days to arrive to you after they have been shipped out if you live in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, packages will arrive roughly 1-3 weeks after they have been shipped out.

**PRE-ORDERS TAKE LONGER TO SHIP OUT. PLEASE CHECK THE LISTING TO SEE IF AN ITEM YOU HAVE ORDERED IS A PRE-ORDER. PRE-ORDERS GENERALLY TAKE SEVERAL WEEKS TO SHIP OUT AS THEY ARE IN PRODUCTION AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.**

PILLOWS

-"How do I wash my pillows?"
A: You can wash the pillows in cold water with a gentle setting and regular detergent.  You can also remove the stuffing from the pillowcase before you wash it if you would like the pillowcase to take a shorter time to dry.  If you leave the stuffing in, then you will need to massage the pillow with your hands to get the stuffing to go back into place.
